This Privacy Policy describes how brsts Inc. ("brsts", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with brsts.co (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting your email address, you agree to this Policy.
The Site is intended solely for individuals who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction of residence, which is 21 years of age or older in the United States. Do not use the Site or submit any information to us if you do not meet this requirement.
We use the information described above to send you communications about brsts products and launch announcements, to operate, maintain, and secure the Site, to respond to your inquiries, and to comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, and we process technical information on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site.
We use Google Analytics to measure how the Site is used — how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and what kind of device they are on. It is the only analytics technology on the Site. We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or any cross-site tracking, and we do not run Google Analytics’ advertising features.
Where you are decides how we ask. UK and EU law wants permission before analytics identifiers are stored; US state law wants clear notice and a working opt-out instead. So the Site follows the visitor. In the UK, the EU, the EEA and Switzerland a notice appears on your first visit, and until you choose “Accept” no Google code is downloaded, no request is made to Google, and nothing is stored in your browser for analytics. Everywhere else analytics runs from the first page view; it is disclosed here rather than behind a pop-up, and you can switch it off in one click below, which we will then remember.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a decline, we do not ask, and we re-check the signal on every visit — so turning it on later stops analytics even if you had previously accepted.
If you do accept, Google receives your IP address, the pages you view on the Site, and
general device and browser information, and sets identifiers that let it recognise a
returning browser. Google processes this for us as a service provider; its practices are
described at policies.google.com/privacy.

so we only ask once.
